1. 100% Pre-Approval Money-Back Guarantee Terms
We offer a 100% Pre-Approval Money-Back Guarantee to remove all risk when building a new website with Site Doctors:
- If our initial website layout mockup fails to match your written & approved project brief, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of your initial deposit.
- The refund request must be submitted prior to visual design concept sign-off and before source code/domain handover.
- Once the visual design layout is formally approved by the client and custom code development begins, standard milestone payments become non-refundable.
2. Design Phase Revision Policy
During the initial design phase, clients receive revisions to refine colors, typography, section layouts, image placements, and content copy:
- Revisions apply to all layout components within the agreed project scope.
- Revisions do not cover adding unagreed additional pages, complex backend modules, or paid third-party API integrations after scope sign-off.
3. Guaranteed Delivery Timelines
We guarantee launching your business website within agreed schedules (typically 7 to 14 business days):
- The delivery countdown starts on the business day following receipt of all required client materials (logo, copy, images, and domain access).
- Delays resulting from pending client feedback, missing content, or custom scope additions will adjust the launch date by an equal duration.
4. Source Code Ownership & Domain Rights
Upon full milestone settlement, 100% full ownership of all custom website source code, visual assets, and registered domains transfers to the client. You are never locked in and retain full administrative rights.
5. Lifetime Technical Support
All websites hosted on Site Doctors infrastructure receive lifetime bug-fixing for code errors, layout breaks, or downtime caused by core codebase issues. New feature additions or structural redesigns are supported via affordable maintenance plans.
